Online Registration

  Register for the April Meeting Online

Online registration for the APS 2010 April Meeting is available to APS members and non-members.  If you register online you will receive an automatic email confirmation receipt.

APS Member Registration
APS Members received substantial registration discounts compared to non-members. When you register for the April Meeting, if you need to renew or reinstate your membership, you can do so.

APS Non-Member Registration
Online registration for the APS 2010 April Meeting is available to APS non-members. If you are not an APS member and wish to receive the discounts available to members, you may join APS when you register online. 

Fax or Mail Registration

If you wish to register by fax or mail, download and complete the April Meeting Registration Form. Fax or mail the form on the form with your credit card information or a check.

If you are joining at the time of registering, you must also complete the Membership Enrollment form. Be sure to include payment for both registration and membership.

Student Registration

• Students who wish to take advantage of free registration must join APS first, wait approximately 48 hours for approval, then register for the meeting.
• APS reserves the right to review registrations and membership applications and reject those who are not eligible for student status.
• Students joining APS and/or registering for the Meeting will receive an automatic email confirmation receipt.

International Visitor Registration

Members of APS Reciprocal Societies
Members of APS Reciprocal Societies should not register online. Instead, complete the April Meeting Registration Form. Mail or fax the registration form with your credit card information or a check. If you are joining at the time of registering, you must also complete the pdf Membership Enrollment form. Be sure to include payment for both registration and membership.

On-Site Registration

On-site registration fees are considerably higher than Early Bird fees.  If you choose to register on-site you should expect to stand in long lines.  If you are presenting your abstract at an morning session, do not wait until the morning of your talk to register.
